If your county begins e-pay services before starting e-plea, consider doing a second press release when the e-plea service becomes available.
Judici E-Pay
Pay on closed cases with outstanding fines/fees.
Pay with a debit or credit card for payment.
A sliding convenience fee is charged based on the amount of the payment. The convenience fee is not retained by the Clerk.
Increases the efficiency of the Clerk's office, because cases are automatically updated with payment information and then closed.
To access a case, users will:
Go to www.judici.com, select the county from the Pay or Plea drop down list and press the Go button.
Follow the instructions on the Judici E-Pay/E-Plea Search page to locate the case and make a payment.
Judici Plea & Pay
Plead guilty and pay the fines on open traffic and conservation cases with minor offenses.
Only violations that do not require court appearances are eligible.
A fixed convenience fee is charged. The convenience fee is not retained by the Clerk.
Improves efficiency for Clerk's office, because the plea, payment and case closure are recorded automatically.
To access a case, users will:
Go to www.judici.com, select the county from the Pay or Plea drop down list and press the Go button.
Follow the instructions on the Judici E-Pay/E-Plea Search page to locate the case and enter a plea and pay the fine.
Electronic Supervision- if offered by the court
During the plea and pay process, users are presented with an additional option to request supervision and attend traffic school. If this option is selected, the traffic school fee will be collected.
